do you guys ever realize how whenever jensen is in some sort of homosexual situation, he tries to at least make the manliest face ever. like
he’s trying so hard
it’s like my body is telling me yes but my face is telling me no u can’t catch me gay thoughts
I think you mean any homosexual situation including misha, because….
Misha said this during aecon4
I told production, you know, ‘I’m having a baby’ —Maison, my daughter— ‘I’m having a baby in September, so do me a favour and try to write me light in those episodes, so you can maybe move stuff around.’ The episode right before the baby was due, the episode where the baby was due, and the episode right after that, were the heaviest episodes that I’ve had all season. And then after that, it was like, ‘Ah, and then he’s off for five or six episodes.’ I was like, ‘Thanks a lot, guys! Super helpful.’
So, my wife, her water broke, and I called the studio and said, ‘Hey guys, the water broke, I’m not coming in today.’
And they were like, ‘Oh, God. Well, if the baby comes, maybe you can come in later today?’
And I said, ‘Okay, but I think I’m probably gonna try to take the whole day off.’
And they said, ‘Well, we’ll check in with you around lunchtime.’
So they called like, ‘Hey, how’s it going?’ It was really funny, because the producer kept calling, and trying to be like, ‘Ahh, how’s it going? How’s the baby?’ But he didn’t give a shit. He was just like, are you gonna come in later today or not?
So the end of the day came, and the baby hadn’t come, and we called the midwife. And production called and said ‘What’s going on?’
And I said, ‘Well, the baby still hasn’t come.’
And they said, ‘You’re gonna be in tomorrow, right?’
And I said, ‘I… I mean, I think so? I’m gonna call the midwife.’
I called the midwife and said, ‘The water broke, is this, you know, is this normal?’
The midwife said, ‘Definitely. The baby will definitely be born by tomorrow.’
So I called them back and said ‘Guys, don’t worry. I should be in tomorrow. Baby’s gonna be born tonight.’
Overnight… baby wasn’t born. Next morning, production calls, ‘Hey, how’s it going?’
'Uh, well, it's going good; it's not going great, I mean, the baby's not born yet. So I'm not coming in.'
And they said, ‘Well, maybe you could come in, and then if the baby starts to come, go home.’
And I said, ‘…no. Not coming in.’
And they said, ‘Okay. But it’s gonna be definitely born today, right?’
And I called the midwife and said, ‘Is it definitely gonna be born today? ‘Cause everybody’s getting kinda nervous.’
And the midwife said, ‘Absolutely.’
I called back, I said ‘The baby is definitely, definitely— the baby promises it’s gonna be born. Because apparently, in 99.9% of cases, with women who have already had a baby, once the water breaks, it’s born within 24 hours. So we’re safe.’
Apparently, we’re the .1% that that doesn’t happen to, because the next day, the baby still wasn’t born. And they were freaking out. And I was freaking out, ‘cause I mean, it’s one thing, on a production, to miss one day. To miss two days is not cool. To miss three days, they start calling the insurance company, because they literally have to stop production and it’s a big deal for them. You know, it costs them maybe a couple hundred thousand dollars a day.
And so they say, ‘Well, can they… could they surgically remove the baby?’
And I’m like, ‘No, we’re not gonna surgically remove the baby! Just, just be patient.’
They’re not patient. So, finally the baby was born, but I missed three days. And then as soon as the baby was born, they were like, ‘Great! Can you come in now?’ And I did. That was good. That was fun. Although other than the studio breathing down our necks the whole time, it went very smoothly. But the studio was very stressful to deal with.”
#lmao they had nine monhs to prepare and work out the schedule properly#but nah man let’s treat misha like trash#wank for ts#they treated him and vicki horrible when west was born too#telling him his character was dead so they moved out of their condo and shipped everything back to LA#only to be told to come back a few months later#(also that producer he mentions is robert singer just fyi)
also in the beginning of season 5, when Cas went through some changes and was slowly getting more human, Misha went to Singer who was directing the episode and asked him about character motivation and such, and Singer answered him with "Oh no, you’re not going to be one of those actors, are you?"
I was doubting between posting this or referring indirectly about this… but somehow I think it’s time to share it because… this is really nuts.
And I really hope
ifwhen he signs for Season 10, they will start treating him better, because Misha is a piece of heaven and it bothers me terribly when I read this kind of things.
About the fact that a director dismisses an actor because he wants to prepare his character… seriously, I have no words, but I understand a lot.
Yes, he told this story to us at Chi Con too…. It was clear that he was very frustrated about it.
Honestly hearing this does not surprise me regardless if it’s supernatural producers and such. It’s like any other job, some bosses will let you have the time off for your babies birth some bosses are jerks and will fire you if you miss days :/ but I can totally relate to him on them being on his ass like that, it can be very stressful and annoying =__=” poor misha :(
the nintendo ds came out 10 years ago
Damn I remember I was in 6 grade when the first nintendo ds came out, now I’m in my 3rd year of college…shit i’m old x.x
It’s important for the school to know that all these kids and teenagers feel to them. Like school should be somewhere they learn to build themselves and be educated and LEARN AND FUCKING FEEL SAFE. Not being constantly tired, depressed, and stressed to the point kids cry themselves to sleep. This is not fucking okay and I hope schools does something about it.
Inspired by every student whose told they can’t be an artist because it doesn’t “make enough money”.
This is literally so inspirational to me right now.
I needed this really badly right now.
Money will not follow you to heaven. Your happiness will.
Go after your dreams…mindfully.
I get this post, but if you don’t address very real financial concerns, you’ll find that most people will quit going after their dreams.
Financial security is important. Going after your dreams is important. Feeling happy is important. At the same time, it’s important to address and be aware of all of these things rather than taking comfort in the protective college bubble that shields us from life and life’s very really problems.
I just went to the doctor and had my insurance cover a procedure. It cost $15. Without insurance a simple 45 minute visit would have cost $600. What if I didn’t have insurance? What if I didn’t have the money to cover a cost like that?
Follow your dreams, sure. But if your dreams take place in a competitive field where it’s difficult to make money, you better make sure you have a plan. And you’d better make sure it’s a damned good plan.
You want to be a writer? An artist? An actress? Do it. But make sure you’re that type of person that’s a doer, that has grit, that has a plan, that pulls from a pool strength in times of trouble, that saves up for a rainy day while daring to dream, rather than the type of person that sits at home eating fruit loops bemoaning the fact that they need to pay $600 for a routine procedure and that they are going without.
you must always have a plan b. ‘cause let’s face the facts, you can’t survive on dreams alone. Chase your dreams but make sure you have financial backing or a fallback in case it doesn’t work out.
Of course if plan A doesn’t work, always have a back up career incase something goes wrong. Me on the other hand I can never not do art as my career so if I had to do plan B it would probably involve some of the things of plan A lol cuz I want to be an Illustrator but also do animation and their are many things you can do with those kind of jobs. As long as you have the skills, creativity, and ability to do hardwork you’ll be fine.
Even if your career choice involves being a doctor, lawyer or business that doesn’t 100% guarantee you’ll get a job either so it’s all a matter of luck , who you know and your skills in most cases :(
For anyone wondering what the fuck the deal was with the kid from episode 19.
EVERYONE PLEASE. PAY ATTENTION. Especially if you’re Asian.
On January 30th, 2014, California Senate just passed SCA-5, a legislation that would repeal portions of California Proposition 209.
In condensed words, this bill allows schools to DISCRIMINATE AGAINST ASIANS.
